How long do you do each exercise with youre dogs? ie, a frame/spring pole/flirt pole/walking/ball work
Lennox is nearly a year old (15th of this month) i do about..
Spring pole = 10mins
Flirt pole = 5mins(he gets abit bored)
Walking = we do about an hour a day
Could do more..?
Dont have a a-frame yet
India is not interested in spring pole or flirt pole..
so she gets an hours walk and 20-30mins ball work(sometimes on the same day)
Also shes 18months old this month
Frank will do anything but im not sure how long i should be doing it with him for
we do 5mins of each(spring & flirt) and 20-30min walks..
Frank is 24weeks old
Now my question is, is that enough/too much?
also what else can i do with India.. she seems tog et in resonable condition with just walks and ball work.. i think she could get into even better shape with a month with some of you guys.. i just dnt have the no how atm..
Also would it be ok to to Lennox's work out all in 1 day for say 2days then give him a few days rest?
also should i be resting Frank?
Sorry for the long post.. i just wanna get it right.

each dog is different,if they are looking and acting well then you are doing it right is my philosophy
my bitch is currently on 8 mile handwalk (2 hours) 15 minutes treadmill (sprint) 15 minutes springpole 10 minutes flirtpole
5 days on 2 off...days off she is just walked to empty.

That sounds a nice regime, i personally like them to do more sprinting or trotting along side of the bike or with a ball rather than so much handwalking, having said that when i can manage it an hours walk in the morning is nice then the running in the afternoon/early evening.

I cycle my training regime depending on season and comps. When in season (usually spring & summer), we do about: 2-3h Handwalk 20 min of bicycle sprint 1h springpole or flirtpole
3on 1off
Offseason we do handwalking 3-4 h/day and quite a bit of tracking.

Good Advice,
Here in Holland i spend alot of time outside with my dog, I do think each dog is diffrent of course as i know that my dog seems to do very well when running with the bike, but i think i need to start doing weight pulling and things like that
