hes looking great abbey is 16.5 kilos too and shes 15 months your vet is talking bollox.My vet says abs is just right.He will fill out a bit soon aswell

Alza ignore that rubbish!
My vets accused me of organised bloody dog fighting!!! beacuse butch looked so conditioned and you could see his ribs plus a few cuts and scratches!!
Its always worth keeping a bit of puppy fat on em till about a year if you can but we struggled to keep any weight on Butch atal still do now some dogs are lke that Poppy never had and once of fat on her from 6 weeks she is just made that way. We have been told loads of times that our dogs are under wieght they are not used to seeing it - thats all!

looks good to me ive just weighed 2 of mine this week and they are both 25 lbs at 18 months old how under weight must they be?
i think most people nowadays think staffies should look like little short barrels with no ability what so ever
there was a group for staffies on face book with thousands of members and i asked how many people actually work there dogs and no body replied well i got a couple of people saying they dont need to be worked as they are supposed to be pets

his ears where too big..lol..well i was told he would grow into them!!well i cant wait too see that as his head will have to be about 50ins wide PMSL... ;D

Kye is absolutely gorgeous and to be honest looks as gorgeous as any other pure stafford ...Kye is still young and he will change so much until he is around a year and a half, until then all his ears, muzzle, head will grow at different ratio's.

He is gorgeous! He so does not look underweight to me! Alot of vets are the same way out here. They are so used to "pet weight" {aka FAT} they wouldn't know a conditioned dog if they saw one, although the APBT show folk around here can get carried away with going to lean. My vets great though. I had to try every vet in the city until I settled on one! lol

hi alza where we live the dogs are just fat barrels people do not say much about murphy but honour they say ( that dog needs some food) and when we do biking with the dogs they just shake there heads when they see honour lol but ur dog looks really well keep up the good work

the vets are sterotypical thay see a condion dog and think fighter... there used to seeing fat grannys dogs the types of dog we keep are suprem dont let no one tell u no dif ur dogs how u wont it not sum person u dont evan know... keep it up ey hes a stunner

been a while but here is a cpl of pics from today...as for training lee..kye likes his long walks &
sometimes he likes some flirt pole...but springpole with hyde he wont touch it a frame wont go over it..boomer ball wont touch it...weight pull not a chance..lol..i have lost heart with him really but we luv him too bits...and he makes a good cushion for the sofa..lol..Alza
