The weighted collar is helping to build muscle on the chest and front legs. It is the same when people using them weights for arms and legs for running.

hi pitbull another question if i was too buy a collar would i add the weights too the collar over a set time.or would i just put the collar straight on kye with all weights..& could kye use ths now at 15 months..thanx alza..

I think like any training, you should start gradualy and work youre way up..
liek say if you when to the gym for the 1st time. youre not going to try and bench press 150kgs are you lol

I have those harnesses for my APBT's, indeed verry strong stuff. Start using it graduatelly! You would be amazed what that thing weights fully loaded with those weights ! I use them for handwalk and bike ride. Maybe start using it for short springpole workout aswell in some time

No qred we have 3 different sizes so they fit Staffords up to American Bulldogs too. Just measure the neck and around the chest to find the size you require most Staffords are a size A. Cheers Lee
