i hav a 2 year old irish staff she is the same hieght as her mum and dad but no as muscular i hav built an a aframe and was wanting to let her pull weights and was going to buy a e mill but wot iwas wanting to no is what would be a good diet and exercise schedule for a 2 year old staff cheers

There's no set way of doing it or feeding her, we all have our prefered methods and food. I think most people either feed a good quality dry food or a mix of that and raw (given at different times of the day or on seperate days) or a purely raw diet, I don't know of anyone feeding canned food. The main thing is that you build exercise gradually, allow for breaks to drink and rest and never push too hard on high impact exercises like the A frame. you can start doing a bit of weight pull if you get a proper weight pull harness and just attach weight to that, this should be only used for a short period at a time and should always be fun, there is a good article on weight pulling in the exercise section as there is on most exercises.

red mills is good feed also kirklands and ive been told that australian feed is good but i use raw only now . i feed my older dogs oness a day bit later in the day after there work is done .

pardon my ignorance but how do i go about doing a raw diet also if i did use this diet will it put muscle on my dog. Price is not an issue she is a bit lanky and i am looking to put muscle on her but keep her athletic
