adding links,email,pictures,etc to forum

Thought id help some people out by making a few short videos to help explain.some of you wont need this but i know some of you do.Click my links download the files to desktop and open with windows media player.If you get sound and no picture your pc's codecs are out of date and the easiest thing to do would be download vlc media player which has all codecs included from the link at the bottom.

adding pictures to forums and website.

ive also posted these on you tube but they are small you can view them in full screen the full screen button is bottom right of the video's (no where near as good as if you download and watch in big size) but acceptable.
