Flirt pole the simplest form being just a toy or plastic bag attached by a piece of rope or no rope to a bamboo stick there are many veriations such as the horse whip (i use an old roach pole fishing rod for example) i find the smaller the bag on the end the better.Let the dog get it frequently to keep up thier interest.great for puppies too.Move it around the floor and make them jump great for coordination. The best thing to use is a lunge whip form a horse or pet shop

ahh that was long go now she has a lunge whip and a tiny piece of bag although i use it at night time too and then it has a bigger bag on it for vision.

go to a equine dealer and buy a lunge whip, cost around £7 .these are the best thing i ever used,i use hide as bait but anything works really.

if you cant get one use google you can get them online or ebay has some but a bit more exspensive because of postage.

i use 6ft bit of garden cane cheap as chips especialy out of my dads bean row ha ha, and one of kates dusters, the only thing i worry about is injury but lou loves it ,winston just looks at me as to say your off your head if you think i am chasing a duster tied to a bit of cane
