Bungee or spring, for spring pole

I am using Bungee's for my spring pole.
Is their any difference/dangers between them and springs,
any Help advice would be great

i dont thnik they have enough resitance i.m.o i would use a spring from a garage door or buy one from cosmos staffords. But as long as the bungees are higher than the dog can jump i wouldnt have thought it a danger.

I use a garage door spring amd wouldn't use anything else work a treat

Did try the flirt pole and next door called out " didnt know you was into fly fishing" ;D. i didnt bother to explain.

i use springs frm cosmos bt recently used a bike innertube bt dubbled it 2 a figure of 8 kinda thing it deffo wrks good im quite impressed wiv it
