No only 2 we didn't keep back Tiny Tim in the end..... as we were being sensible lol so much for that!!
I honestly don't think you will get a better guard than a Neo.
They are spot on as a family dog and Bomb proof around kids..... But when they need to step it up you wont get any breed more intimidating but intelligent and controllable with it... Perfect combo if you ask me! lol

your right about the guarding my winston is a wicked guard wat do yours make of strangers on ur land do they growl to winston is starting to lern that evry one that comes to the house aint a threat still takes a dislike to some people thou

It will get louder and more ferocious if they get closer.... If its someone we know i can just tell them 'back' and they will come behind me to heel they are very controlable.... well Ivana does the pup is not quite there yet.  I have never been in a situation were someone we don't know has tried to come in .... i cant imagine they would try?? |

i wouldnt like to try lol winston is very vocal he will do the same stand right by me growling and never takes his eyes of them i do find it hard to stop him if he really dont like them but i no he wouldnt bite with out bein provoked some people thou just keep tryin to touch him even if he dont like them thats wat i have to watch

Ivana is really really friendly and her daughter they love people and being stroked- guarding and aggression are quite different, she has never growled at anyone... she will bark but only to alert us.. or to warn them off.
But she can be instantly stopped.
Just a command and she will step down and come too heel.
It would be very dangerous if we didn't have complete control of her.
She has been to the SACS days and is completely relaxed and wouldn't bark or take a second glance at anyone, as she knows she is not expected too.

i have met ivanna breifly at steve and jess"s, she was very levelled as i think most big dogs are with a lot of ground work done as pups,my winston is the same with his guarding , he can be switched off easilly, his dog agression is a diferent matter,but we are still working on that.great neos steve and jess, the way they should be, not over exsagerated wrinckled dogs for the show ring only, the real deal, |

the torpedo has had some serious weight reduction done a couple of days ago so who knows what amazing times he might achieve now. without those monster melons swinging.

sorry if u thought i was trying to imply your dogs are dangerous mate i wasnt i just woundered how the behaved around strange foke i no my dog has a few probs but i am trying my hardest to sort him out and have never wanted a agessive dog i think it was my lack of experiance and a bad cross breeding for a beginer dog owner sorry again if it sounded that way

oh no i didnt think that.
I just know somtime its easy think that a gaurd dog has to be agressive that is not the case.
You are doing a good job with your boy and hats off to you! keep it up m sure you wil get there in then end.

... We are getting there, the others are showing her the ropes, she is learning fast and she is on patrol with mum now and very good at it too!!!
pup is coming on really well and Ivana is looking as good as ever
