Hi All
I WOULD LIKE TO LET YOU ALL KNOW THAT TODAY TIA WON IN HER WEIGHT CLASS AND IS NOW A CHAMPION, AND TOOK RUNNER UP IN SUPREME FINAL ONLY JUST BEATEN BY A HEAD, SHE HAS BEEN RUNNING VERY WELL ON THE BENDS AND HAS WON ALL 6 OF HER RACES ON THE BENDS SO FAR.
SHE MIGHT BE RUNNING AT HARLOW GREYHOUND TRACK NEXT SUNDAY IF SHE IS OK AFTER TODAYS RACES.
I HAVE SENT HER UP THE NORTH TO A MATE WHO HAS BEEN TRAINING HER, THIS IS DUE TO MY POOR HEALTH I HAVE STILL GOT OZZIE AT HOME AS A PET AND WILL TRY TO MAKE IT DOWN TO A SACS DAY SOON

Fantastic news Ray, she's a very special dog that one. Even from a very young age she was showing her potential and still holds the SACS 100m running dog record (6.50 seconds!). I hope you're feeling better soon and it would be great to see yourself and the dogs at the next race day. All the best, Owen.

Thats fantastic news Ray, always knew that Tia was something special. What times and distances is she running, and how many bends?

Hi Lee The Champs were held at Highgate Greyhound Track They are running two bends the distance was approx 180yds Tia did the fastest time of the day in the semi finals 15.50 sec's

Hi All Sorry i have not been down to Margate for a while due to ill health, but i thought you would all like an update on Tia Well she ran at the bend champs on sunday and has now won her 2nd championship WELL PLEASED WITH HER AND MY MATE UP NORTH WHO IS DOING ALL THE WORK WITH HER.
as for ozzie he is still with me and i will try to get him ready for one of the next sacs days.

Hi All Just a quick up date on Tia She has been running so well this year. She has won most of her open races and won another Championship Last weekend on the straights. will see if i can put on a picture of her soon. she has now won her last 3 championships and will be ready for another one in around 10 days being held down in Devon, so fingers crossed Ray Attachments:

Hi jaysteph Tia is a Greyhound x Whippet and is classed as a non pedigree racing whippet, so unless there is a bookie on the day you dont get a chance to have a bet the last time we did have a bookie there was when the club put on an oped race day at harlow dog track, an we had a good day and Tia was in the 2nd to last race and the bookie made a mistake on the price he put up 4-1 lol well i lumped on that lol she won the race by 2 1/2 lenths, have it lol

Another update on Tia She ran in the English Derby down in Devon She won her weight class and made the Final where she was 4th. then over the following week there was 4 other open races and she won her weight class on all four opens, so she had a good week racing
