Thanks people, I'm very proud of him. He ate quite a bit the day before so he hasn't got his normal tuck up and he's lost a little condition lately for various reasons so he's not looking his best but he's not too bad. I'm starting to put a little work into him now and I'm very pleased with his progress, everything he does seems to be effortless.
Slowly slowly catchy monkey...he'll get there.

Thanks people. Don't worry Matt, they don't get left alone together lol. The worrying thing is that Sonny absolutely loves him, he howls when Neil leaves. I think he would rather live with Neil if he had the choice.

He is looking good! A very hansom dog.
He is not far off Butch's size now, will be nice to have a quality pound for pound comparison when he is fully grown. I don't know how slowly they mature as a breed? but i recon he still has a fair bit of filling out to do - Can't wait to see the finished dog.... very exciting!

Thanks Jess, he seemed to have stopped growing in terms of height maybe a month or two ago but he's filled out a fair bit lately. I'm hoping he won't be too bulky because he's got superb endurance and wind at the moment and I don't want that to be compromised too much. If he turns out anything like Butch I'll be chuffed but I can't help but hope he'll crack Poppy's 100m record...you've got to aim high

Cheers Owen...Butch is a bit thicker set and that is his down fall really - so anything smaller than him is a bonus. If they get too big its just becomes counterproductive.
Old Pops is very outa shape at the mo, she has come back into season again only 4.5 months after last one??? she is like a barrel!!... getting her in shape last year knocked her seasons out, then all the other girls bought her back in a few weeks ago, so she is all over the place at the moment.
We'll hope to get her back in shape by the summer, I'm sure she will be well up for the young whippersnapper!
Looking forward to seeing him move.....You coming to Jan SACS day?

Yep, I'll be there with Sonny but I'll probably leave Macy at home, I'm going to give the rest of the under 18's a chance this time.
