Didnt know where to put this, but we also are a horsey family my sister has worked in racing and hunting yards most of her life. my Iranian grandfarther bred and trained arab horses too its in our blood this is just one of our horses * screwed up mess of a thing* lol we always get horses no one wants they are all kind of rescue horses this is tom he is a reg Hungarian Sports horse he came over from russia. he worked as a taxi horse and at the age of about 8/9 was shipped for meat. the way they transport them is horrific, they dont feed water them. some die on the journey. tom and a few others were bought by a UK dealer, he was deemed un- ridable, mainly because he had never been backed a good friend of ours who has their own riding school and specialise in classical riding took him on. and told my sis about him. hence why hes now with us lol my sis is now disabled and looking into doing paradressage on him. hes got a lot more topline now and condition. but hey not bad for a horse deemed un-ridable. hes still traumatised from traveling but we are getting there slowly once we can get him out hunting and putting his feet in the right place he may even do a bit of cross country
