It makes no differance at all...its just more practical to kennel dogs out doors...keeping a pet outside wont make it a worker and keeping a good working dog in doors will make no differance to how that dogs preform out in the field...as far as bonding goes it dont matter weather the dog sleeps on the couch or in the kennel...as long as you put in the hours and treat the dog right....just my opinion...hope that helps Christian

Personally I don't think it matters where a dog lives, just as long he's warm and safe. My Shilou used to be outside alot and my Diamond is used to inside due to the new garden set up. I see some of the SACs members has outside kenneling so it shouldn't make any difference (long as you don't leave them out in the snow, lol) As for the bonding it depends what you do with your dog. There you go my 1st opinion (lol)

maybe you should of worded the question differently Christian as you anwered the question yourself. Its just a matter of circumstance and personal preference as to where they live.As long as the dog gets the time and effort on your part it doesnt matter does it?As paddy said its not gunna make the dog a better worker outside or less of a dog inside.if it works it works simple as that.hope this is deep enough for you LOL ;D
