10:00 start van de sprint - High Jump While waiting for turns you have the opportunity to make your scores on these disciplines.
12:00 Lunch.
13:00 Tug of war.
15:00 a semois discovery hike Marco will take you on a off raod tour (those who rememberred that from last year know what they can expect ;D)
18:00 aanvang BBQ
Sunday morning:
09:00 breakfast 10:00 aanvang A frame - Hang time - Kickbike race - Drag pull
13:00 ten miles bike race.
Frisbee training!
18:00 BBQ
