news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk_politics/8556195.stmTake a look at this people, the governments solution, compulsory insurance. The thing is perpetrators will surely not get the insurance, just like a number of wrongen's and dickhead drivers who dont have insurance. This will surely only go to restrict the good dog owners further. Just goes to show what a bunch of clueless cockwaffles we have running the country. I also really like the bottom part that is asking for photos from people who have suffered dog attacks, thats extremely neutral.

I've got no problem with this, if people don't get insurance then they'll get their dogs taken off of them. As I said before though the devil is in the details and at the moment, as it's a consultation there are no details.
There is a general election coming and we don't know what the result will be or where this consultation will go after that date. If this legislation is done right and is a replacement for the DDA then it would be brilliant, if it's additional and done badly then it could be very bad news...we just don't know at the moment.
