Don't now what the protocol is on here so please don't be offended if I'm out of order here, I mean well! I volunteer at The Mayhew in London and we have new Staffs coming in every day. They're a fashion dog here and so many people get one, then get bored. You all know how these dogs live to have a master to please, so being cooped up in kennels really is no good for them. Check out www.mayhewanimalhome.org/dogs/index.phpDeacon, Nicolas and Bailey are all great dogs and we have a couple of bitches in too. And a white male pup. And a Dogue de Bourdeaux. And an American Bulldog! Again. Sorry to push the charity line, but if you were looking for another dog and did fancy a rescue...well...I've said my piece! Joe

Good post. All my dogs are rescue dogs from Battersea Dogs Home and I still visit there on a regular basis. The amount of Staffords and other Bull Breeds there is astounding and I believe that anyone who thinks it's not a problem should pay a visit to there or any of the other dogs homes.
