That is good news for us all and hopefully a step in the right direction. Ironically the RSPCA were one of the driving forces behind the original DDA !

It depends on what you need to do to get a license, if its just pay £17.00 then its a waste of time.

it's about time someone pulled their finger out on this matter. If you treat your animal right, with respect, love and loyalty, like they do with us, then they wont be vicious. i believe that a licence should be brought back. would save a hell of alot of trouble i'd say!!!

i think that it is about time that some think is done tho about pricks keeping and over breeding shit-before it is to late and they try and ban even more of are beloved bull and mastiff breeds. then we will all be fuxked. the way it is now having a bull terrier type is like a tramp stamp in a lot of peoples eyes and i am sick and tired of being trad with the same brush as them idiots,

It all depends entirely on how it's done and how it's enforced but in priciple I think it could work if done right...as always the devil is in the details.

well for one before we can have a dog from these types we all should be assessed and wot gives tramps the right to breed shit to pass on pups to people with even less noel age than them self's from un health or temperament test stock as most of the tramps that i see with there dogs i would of put the dog in the bucket at birth. 9 times out of 10 they just breed and breed to make money so they can sit at home all day long smoking weed. i seen one mixed mastiff breed being advertised at stud on the net the offer day the pics was from inside the house or flat it looked like a junkeys hole it has got to stop before it is to late these types are just knocking out litter ofter litter with now plans or goals for a new breed or a old one. they have not got a clue about the history of there breeds or wot makes a good dog.
