looks good, shame my abbey dont pull too good she normally runs half the course then sits down looks at me as if to say no daddy but theres still hope

Shakka there are training days there where lots of time is given to each dog. Don't forget it's not running weightpull so she may take to it a bit better. Mine normally sit down and look at me as if to say ''you do it then!!!!!'' but with each training day they get better.

Mine aren't particularly good lol but it's a lovely day out. And all are always made to feel very welcome.

well worth going along to have only been once but was a good day murphy got his wp1 title and there is help and advice for the asking

how does this work because obviously abbey would never pull as much as murphy ? is it wieght classes or percentage of bodywieght etc......

Hi Shakka,

with this sort of weightpull you ask your dog to pull as much as they can, they soon stop fi they dont want to pull ;D just ask Max today , anyway the results are based on % of bodyweight pulled, so in effect 78 lb's worth of Max could pull 1108 lb's and joe bloggs little 30 lb bitch could pull 450 lb and she would be the winner cause she has pulled more % of bodyweight.

There is another weightpull in August, I will post up details nearer the time, but you are all always most welcome.

I have to say we are nearing a title for Max, just a bit more work to do with him, but I know that when he eventually get's it I will be shouting from the rooftops - you have been warned!!!

ok kwl i rekon this could be interesting i will wait to see your posting for august thanx for the reply im not sure how much my lil bitch wieghs but i think in kg about 16 im going to go wiegh her now lol 16 i just converted online and its 35lb

If you give them a call they will be able to help you. Prices differ because of size of dog, I can tell you though that they source the highest quality material to make the harnessess, it is proper seat belt material, so it is as strong as can be.

Used my new harness today and it was fabulous well no actually MAX used the new harness but it is still fabulous

what i was wondering is are the weight pull titles the same as pulling on a cart, as pulling on rails is easier, so pulling 12 times bodyweight on rails is easier than pulling 12 times on a cart?
