My biggest concern with all the athletic work we do, is the maintence of the joints. I use either cod liver oil or flaxseed oil. Flaxseed is quiet expensive, cod liver oil is nice and cheap and the capsules are easy to measure. I give a human dose, as you cant give to much

I use Gold labels Glucosamine plus 5000. Its labled for horses but you can give to dogs aswell, 1gm every 2-3 days. It says, 3 proven ingredients(Glucosamine sulphate, MSM, Vitiamin C) to utilise the healing hands of nature. Helps maintain healthy joints, flexibility of cartlidge and strength of tendons. A 900gm pot cost me £21 the shop owner said the next batch he will have in will cost nearly double that!!!!
