I don't mean to patronise but take it a bit easy with him until he's around 18 months and his bones and tendons have properly developed, it'll be better for him in the long run.

Thanks for that point dog... Im not doing anything heavy with him lke aframe.. just long steady walks a bit of spring pole and a play with him boomer ball

Good stuff, some dogs will do whatever you ask of them and I've seen people ask too much of their dogs too young. He's in good shape, well done.
